2020-07-10

Being fit is something that most men are focused towards and it’s important for women as well because women can set examples i.e. whatever they do, their family follows. Also, women’s works is too much tiring and most women work overtime and take care of their homes as well. So, below are 5 tips to be fit.

1. Include veggies in every meal

Since women are the ones who mostly cook in their families, it’s very important to cook healthy for the family as well as for yourself. Make sure you are including veggies in every meal. Vegetables contain vitamins and mineral which are crucial for our body and our overall health.

On top of that, vegetables help you stay energetic, look young and feel good. Go Green!

2. Include daily workouts

It is very much important to do some sort of exercise daily like 10 minutes of running or 15 minutes of stretching, yoga or going to the gym and you don’t need to do 1-2 hours of workouts. You can schedule and do short intense workouts maybe 3 or 5 days a week and that would be enough for you. The most important thing is that you include some form of physical activity that can help you break a sweat and push yourself to some extent. It’s all about developing daily healthy habits. This also helps you push your body and can be a stress buster.

3. Focus on form

Don’t just go to the gym and lift weights or use machines. You need to know the proper form and techniques. Don’t just lift weights, make sure you actually do it right.

Try to get help from YouTube or your trainer so that you won’t get injured while doing exercises. So, give the form your 1st priority.

4. Don’t fear heavy weights

You must have heard some myths saying women should not lift heavy weights. You don’t need to fear this. If some guy is doing bench press of 100kgs, then you do not necessarily need to do the same weight and maybe 10 kgs might be heavy enough for you. Do what is heavy for you and make sure you are pushing your boundaries.

Women’s bones and muscles degenerate at a younger age than men’s. To avoid this, you should do some weight training and keep being strong and healthy.

5. Sleep

No matter what, it is necessary to have a proper sleep routine. Nothing can be an excuse. So, you have to schedule your sleep time and wake up time. If you have trouble sleeping, then make sure you meditate or turn off all your electronic devices 30 minutes before sleeping.

Not only men, but women also need to be fit as well. Women are the backbone of the family. Think that if you fall, your family will fall as well. So, eat healthily, be healthy and be fit.
